
Lyle Williamson’s Real Estate career spans 35 years. Beginning in Los Angeles, Lyle accomplished a successful sales background with Coldwell Banker and became Sr. V.P. responsible for multiple offices in Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.
In 1988, Lyle transferred to Chicago with Merrill Lynch Realty and as Regional President he assumed management responsibility of a 47 office region including offices in Pittsburgh, Detroit, Milwaukee and Chicago. When Merrill Lynch sold its national real estate company to Prudential, Lyle purchased the Chicago franchise. As owner/CEO Lyle expanded the original company to 27 offices with 1000 agents. It ranked as the top producing company for the North Shore suburbs of Chicago. He sold the company in 1997.
With his extensive experience, Lyle began consulting for major real estate companies. Primary focus included market analysis, development and implementation of business plans. Recently, Lyle has come full circle by joining his wife Julie Williamson and Associates as a Realtor. He uses his extensive background to work with the team to provide the high level of service required in the current market. Lyle welcomes the opportunity to earn your trust and satisfaction.
